The album Swinging Bowls is dedicated to keep the inner fire burning and an invitation for movement. The diversity of rhythmical structures and sound-colours of instruments stimulate movement within and give inspiration to body work according to your own insight.
The compositions are directed towards an invocation of the Svādhiṣṭhāna chakra. It enhances movement and creativity in the physical and spiritual realms.
This unique combination of singing crystal bowls with drums is a world premiere. Never done before, as well as the combination of drums and/or shaman drum with terracotta flowerpots, also the combination of logdrum and lithophone and Burma gong with logdrum.
The Instruments in this recording: Crystal singing bowls, drums, terracotta flower pots, shaman-drum, logdrum, lithophone, sansula, tongue-drum, Tibetan singing bowls, shakers, windgong and Burma gong.
